New Crystal Palace boss Roy Hodgson arrived for training on Wednesday morning for his first day in charge.
The former England head coach has succeeded Frank de Boer, sacked by the Eagles on Monday after 77 days at the helm, and will have Ray Lewington as his assistant.
Hodgson will take his first training session on Wednesday afternoon and will have the first chance to meet his new players.
The 70-year-old has signed a two-year deal and has the task of reigniting Palace's poor Premier League start after suffering four defeats in their opening four games, all without scoring a goal.
It is Hodgson's first job since stepping down as England boss after they were knocked out of Euro 2016 by Iceland.
He said on Tuesday: "I am very excited to be back in club football and it is a long while since I have enjoyed the day-to-day sessions of training.
"It is very rewarding to find myself here now, in different times, as the Palace manager at a club that I have always loved and admired with a huge potential.
"We are the club of south London, with an enormously large fan base. The ambitions here are realistic and there is an enormous potential for growth and I hope we can achieve our goals."
