Former Chelsea and West Ham midfielder Frank Lampard will join David Jones and Jamie Carragher on Monday Night Football.

Lampard's two old clubs will face off at the London Stadium, with the now-retired 38-year-old joining the Sky Sports team for the match as a special guest.

He will be on hand to chat about the big talking points from the weekend's Premier League action, including Liverpool's win over Arsenal and Tottenham's victory over Everton, and the latest goings on at Chelsea and West Ham.

Lampard finally got the chance to bid Chelsea fans a proper farewell during half-time of their win over Swansea

The Blues are seven points clear at the top of the table ahead of Monday Night Football, while the Hammers sit in 11th place on 33 points.
