John Terry has shown off his yoga skills ahead of returning to action with Aston Villa this weekend following the international break.
By doing so, the 36-year-old has followed the likes of Ryan Giggs and Phil Neville in taking up yoga in a bid to prolong his career.
Terry, who joined Villa in the summer following his release from Chelsea, is seen showing off some of his new moves alongside instructor Ambra Vallo in the club's media room at Bodymoor Heath.
The former England captain played a bit-part role last season under Antonio Conte as Chelsea secured the Premier League title, featuring only 14 times in all competitions.
Terry has so far featured in every match for Villa in the Sky Bet Championship and is likely to be called on once again by manager Steve Bruce for the visit of Brentford to Villa Park on Saturday.
