Bournemouth midfielder Max Gradel is set to join Toulouse on a season-long loan deal, according to Sky sources.
Sky Sports News previously reported that Bournemouth rejected a bid for Gradel by the French Ligue 1 club, with Cherries boss Eddie Howe saying the player was a key part of his plans.
Gradel's progress in two years at Bournemouth has been hampered by injury after he damaged a cruciate ligament just four games after arriving from Saint-Etienne.
The 29-year-old, who also spent a chunk of last season away at the Africa Cup of Nations with Ivory Coast, has started just 11 Premier League games for the club.
Gradel joined Bournemouth from St Etienne for £3m in August 2015 but he has scored just two goals 27 appearances in all competitions.
