Former Arsenal striker Julio Baptista featured for Bolton’s Under-23 side as they lost 5-0 to QPR on Monday.
The 35-year-old started the game, but was unable to get on the score sheet against a side which included Clint Hill, who has returned to QPR on a trial basis.
The Brazil international, who is currently on a trial of his own at Bolton, impressed with his performances at the Star Sixes tournament in London over the summer.
Baptista, who appeared 35 times for Arsenal, also played for Real Madrid, Malaga, Sevilla and Roma during his career.
