We round up the latest Arsenal transfers rumours from around the British and European press on Monday, August 21.
Arsenal have offered reported Chelsea and Liverpool target Alex Oxlade-Chamberlain a new deal, according to the Daily Star.
The England international has a year left on his current contract and has been linked with a move away from the Emirates.
But the Star say he has been offered a four-year deal worth £125,000-a-week, and the Gunners are "optimistic" that it will be accepted.
Arsenal have been linked with a move for Paris St-Germain's Julian Draxler.
It has been reported that PSG are keen to offload Draxler, whose first-team chances might be reduced by the arrival of Neymar.
And Italian outlet Tuttomercatoweb say the Gunners are one of the clubs interested in the 23-year-old, along with Manchester United and Liverpool.
Arsenal have also apparently been offered the chance to sign Inter Milan's Marcelo Brozovic.
SportItalia say the Croatian international will be allowed to leave due to an abundance of midfield players at Inter.
