 What we are trying to achieve is difficult, it is challenging. It is bumpy at times. And it is supposed to be like this, Arteta said. 
It is his progression, but hopefully it's going to be a matter of days and not weeks, Arteta said. But he has to see when he's loading more, how he responds to that kind of progression.
We have to look at ourselves which is the most important thing, and after getting punched, it's about how you react, Arteta said. There's no more moment to protect anything, it's a moment to go and attack, and to be very aggressive.
It's a big punch in the face, and extremely disappointing, said Arteta. That's what I said to the boys.
