 Arteta told BBC Sport : It was a rollercoaster. The longer the game went on, they had hope and we had to accelerate our game and take more risks. In the first half we created a lot of situations without any clear big chances.
We had a period of two or three minutes in deep [block], totally passive with horrible defensive habits, said Arteta of the final stages. That's nowhere near the required level against a team that hasn't had a single shot.
We knew it was going to be a tough match especially because we didn't manage to score early in the game, Arteta told TNT Sports.
Arteta told TNT Sports : We don't know, I think he felt something in his hamstring.
