 It's getting closer, so we're positive with that, said Carrick. 
It's just that call that we make, Carrick said. We wouldn't be pushed into anything.
Certainly in the role I'm in, there's them decisions you need taking care of, said Carrick. Whatever that looks like moving forward, I'm part of that, and trying to improve things and make things better all the time.
I'd love that to be the case, says Carrick. At some point you'd like to think it would happen.
