 I always say the most important thing is to stay humble and I think it's the same for the fans, said Glasner. 
The expectations are getting higher and higher and we haven't been able to fulfil them in the last months, said Glasner. We are not in the best moment.
For everyone who likes Crystal Palace then it is a tough period but that is sport and life, Glasner said. We had many, many months of enjoying and now it is more of finding solutions so it was nice to get the win at Brighton.
I think three, four times we didn't find him with our crosses, because he has great movements, said Glasner.
