Emmanuel Adebayor shares food with star-struck children in Togo after helping Turkish side Istanbul Basaksehir reach Champions League
Flashy Premier League star posts plenty of pics online of his riches but he shares the wealth with hungry youngsters
EMMANUEL ADEBAYOR has been feeding star-struck young children in his Togo home.
The former Arsenal and Manchester City man has been labelled a mercenary in the past for his club hopping and extravagant spending.
But he proved he is still a wonderful human being after sharing lunch with four young boys.
Adebayor captioned the video of the touching dinner date, saying: “Always stay humble.
“Here sharing a meal with these boys I met yesterday.
“They said they never knew they would meet me, I said come join me.”

The millionaire striker finished last season with Turkish side Istanbul Basaksehir in sizzling form.
In just 11 league appearances – after joining at the end of January – he scored six goals to help his side finish second and book their place in next season’s Champions League.
The 33-year-old scored a hat-trick against Turkish giants Galatasaray in April and has been linked with a move to Premier League side Swansea because of his form.
