JOSE MOURINHO has let slip his Christmas tree formation.

The Manchester United boss posted an Instagram photo of an immaculate tree surrounded by presents with upmarket labels.

Only one problem is bigger than how United can wipe out the 11-point gap on Premier League leaders and neighbours City.

And that is what you should buy the self-described Special One at Christmas.

Gift bags from Zegna, adidas and Jaguar sit in front of the tree, which seems to be in his hotel room.

The whole lay-out seems as carefully planned as Mourinho's match tactics.

And, as United prepare to face the Foxes in the Premier League on Saturday, it seems a case of Leics is Mour for the ex-Chelsea chief when it comes to presents.

For there seems to be just six packages - plus a bag that you would not need to be a scouting genius to work out what it contains because it is a suit-holder.

But the room, which appears to be his hotel, looks cosy enough.

And Mourinho will hope to extend that type of comfort to the field at the King Power Stadium against eighth-placed Leicester on Saturday evening.

United surely must win and complete a perfect Yuletide or else their slim title chances could disappear altogether before the 12 days of Christmas end.
