FANS have called for Jurgen Klopp to be banned after he threw a water bottle in Liverpool's stunning draw with Arsenal.
The German manager launched the bottle onto the ground in celebration after Roberto Firmino drew the Reds level at the Emirates.
Fans on social media proved they have long memories when they brought up an incident from a year ago.
In a draw with West Ham at Old Trafford, Manchester United manager Jose Mourinho lashed out at a water bottle, sending it flying with a well aimed kick.
Mourinho was sent to the stands for the incident, but was later in hot water with the Football Association.
The Portuguese received a two-game ban for the outburst - one for being sent to the stands and another after he admitted improper conduct.
He was also fined £16,000.
A three-man disciplinary panel deemed Mourinho had "aggressively kicked the bottle in a manner that could have endangered people around him regardless of the motivation to do so".
Now, furious fans are calling for the Liverpool boss to face similar action for the incident in the thrilling 3-3 draw.
The German was told to calm down but wasn't sent to the stands at the Emirates - it seems unlikely he will face any FA action.
One wrote: "Wait, so Klopp can throw a bottle of water down the touchline and just get a talking to? Absolute joke."
Another said: "One rule for one, another for Jose."
Klopp was not asked about the incident or mention it after full-time.
The Reds boss said drawing with Arsenal felt "strange".
He said: "It is difficult to explain, we should be three, four even five-nil up before we don't defend a cross. It feels really strange.
"A point at Arsenal is a good result for most teams in the world but it feels not too good at the moment.
"We made mistakes on both sides of the game but it is unlikely to win 6-3 or something at Arsenal. We
"didn't take all of our chances but three goals should be enough.
"Arsenal were not in the game apart from 10 minutes."
