And Pards reckons he can land the Dutchman in a £5million deal.

The 26-year-old has served a three-match ban for his red card against Manchester City last month and was placed on the bench for his return in the midweek 3-1 defeat to Chelsea.

Terriers boss David Wagner was believed to be fuming after van La Parra was dismissed after the final whistle for an altercation with City’s Leroy Sane.

And he could consider cashing in on van La Parra for the right offer after signing him from Wolves and making him a key part of Huddersfield’s promotion from the Championship last season.
