Zouma has been an integral figure for Stoke so far this season, making 14 appearances for the Potters in all competition, including 12 in the Premier League.
However, the club are set to lose him after his loan deal, as Zouma only put pen to paper on a new SIX-YEAR deal at Chelsea in the summer.
He has been loaned out to Stoke as he works his way back to first-team sharpness after suffering an horrendous knee injury in February 2016.
