ARSENAL were caught up in heavy motorway traffic and were left struggling to make today's 2pm kick-off at Burnley.
Reports of an accident on the M65 suggested the Gunners would arrive late - through no fault of their own - at Turf Moor.
They eventually arrived 45 minutes before the scheduled start.
Arsenal fans suffered, too.
Every ticket for the away end was snapped up to maintain the North London club's amazing record their of selling out every away league game in the 21st century.
