The Frenchman was in charge when Spurs star Dele flicked his England team-mate Walker the bird during The Three Lions’ clash with Slovakia at Wembley in September.
It resulted in Dele receiving a one-match international ban.
Spurs boss Poch said: "It’s important to be aware.
"I will tell Dele be careful. Always it’s important.

“The referee moves on and I’m sure nothing in his mind to ban him for that situation.
"But this is always good to know, so I will tell Dele.”
Danny Rose is set to start for Spurs after he was unhappy at being left out of the squad for Saturday’s 2-0 defeat at Arsenal.
Poch insisted: "There are no issues with him."
