Everton will offer Watford £12million in third bid for boss Marco Silva
EVERTON are ready to make a THIRD bid for Watford boss Marco Silva.
The desperate Toffees will offer £12million compensation after failing to land the Portuguese chief for £8.5m or £10m.
Silva, 40, has only been in charge for a dozen games but Watford owner Gino Pozzo is determined not to lose a manager mid-season.
Silva, however, has refused to commit himself to the Hornets.
And he is said to be keen to speak to Everton, who axed Ronald Koeman almost four weeks ago.
Watford fans hope another supershow from winger Richarlison against West Ham today could keep Silva at the club.

The £13m Brazilian moved to Vicarage Road from Fluminense after a personal call from Silva.
He is already being eyed by Spurs after hitting four goals this term.
And Silva said: “We are talking about a fantastic talent and a fantastic boy.
“Can he go all the way to the top? Yes, I am sure about that.
“For me it is not a surprise that other clubs came to analyse him.
“He has had an impact at our club in the Premier League and for me it is normal that people start to talk about him.”
