Tottenham will consider allowing the England Under-21 right-back a short-term move for the second half of the season.
And Swans boss Paul Clement interested in bringing the youngster to the Liberty Stadium and giving Kyle Naughton competition at right-back.
The 20-year-old made a dream debut on the opening weekend of the season when he was man-of-the-match in the victory over Newcastle.
