Antoine Griezmann’s brother and known Manchester United fan Theo in Twitter rant at Atletico Madrid boss Diego Simeone
Frenchman was substituted as Rojiblancos searched for winner, and were accused of being 'dull' and stifling star striker
ANTOINE GRIEZMANN'S brother has hit out at Atletico Madrid's playing style in an incredible Twitter rant.
The France international was once again substituted by boss Diego Simeone.
Griezmann has found the back of the net just three times in La Liga this term, and Rojiblancos boss insisted he can no longer rely on his star striker to find a goal when his team is in need.
With Atletico drawing 0-0 at Deportivo La Coruna, and at risk of falling ten points behind leaders Barcelona, Simeone — and not for the first time this season — replaced his No7 on 80 minutes.
Theo Griezmann reacted angrily, insisting Atletico can't attack and that his brother is being forced to play too deep.
In a series of tweets, he wrote: "We go forward 40 metres, then recede 80. This is normal. I don't understand. Antoine is playing as a six."
The following read: "I feel like I am reliving the same match."
And finally, he claimed his brother is being restricted by Simeone's style, posting: "Griezmann can't create chances if he doesn't have the ball."

Simeone's decision was justified, however, with Thomas Partey netting a stoppage time winner.
Theo is a known Manchester United fan, constantly tweeting support to the Red Devils during games.
And his brother was on the verge of a move to Old Trafford in the summer, but stayed when Fifa upheld a transfer ban on Atletico.
