Arsenal dead-certs to beat Everton in Sunday’s clash, while North London rivals Tottenham hold the edge over Liverpool

Gunners have picked up 31 points out of a possible 39 when they've gone head-to-head with the Toffees on a Sunday

SUPER SUNDAY returns with a bang this weekend, as Everton host Arsenal, with Liverpool travel to Wembley to take on Tottenham.

Following last week's not-so-Super Sunday, we've got a couple of crackers to look forward to -  with a real North London vs Merseyside flavour.

Already one thing is clear though, spoiler alert, Arsenal WILL beat Everton, according to stats from bwin.

Out of an available 39 points, the Gunners have picked up an impressive 31 when playing the Toffees on a Sunday.

In fact, that is the BEST record in any Sunday fixture to have been played at least ten times.

More incredible yet is the fact that Arsene Wenger's men infamously tend to struggle on Sundays.

In midweek games and Saturday showdowns, Arsenal average a win-rate of 55.8 per cent.

However, their Sunday record is down at 50.4 per cent, the second-WORST record of all teams to have played at least 100 Prem games on the weekend's final day.

Everton meanwhile are Sunday over-performers, picking up a 37.1 per cent win rate that day, compared to 36 per cent on all other days.

That tally is the second-best ratio of all 12 teams, behind only... Tottenham.

Spurs can boast a swing of +6.4 per cent on Sundays, at 46.6 per cent, compared to a rest of the week rate of 40.1 per cent.

Their weekend opponents Liverpool meanwhile suffer a 2.3 per cent drop off on Sundays at 47.9 per cent, compared to 50.2 per cent from Monday to Saturday.

However, that tally is still fifth out of 12 teams to have contested over 100 Prem games on a Sunday.

So there you have it, the two North London clubs are the favourites to come out on top this weekend... while the Merseysiders may have to settle for second-best.
