According to the Liverpool Echo, Woodburn will be offered a new deal when he turns 18 later this month.

The talented forward has already made 10 appearances for Liverpool and has two caps for Wales.

Firmino has beaten competition from Daniel Sturridge, Christian Benteke and Mario Balotelli to become Jurgen Klopp's favourite striker.

The German sees Firmino, who has scored 27 goals in 101 matches for the Reds, as key to his style of football and future plans.

Liverpool are still locked in negotiations with Can.

They will need to hurry as Can's deal runs out this summer and other clubs can begin talking to him from January.

Talks with the German started all the way back summer 2016 but the two sides are not close to an agreement.

Can's reps want the 23-year-old to be one of the club's highest earners and want a release clause written in.

But the club have been unwilling to meet those demands so far.

Juventus were in for Can in the summer but Liverpool rejected an approach.
