Chelsea boss Antonio Conte driven from Cobham by his wife as Tiemoue Bakayoko gets back behind the wheel
Stamford Bridge chief probably needed the rest after masterminding the stunning comeback win against Atletico the night before
ANTONIO CONTE gets a lift home from his wife - as Tiemoue Bakayoko is spotted back behind the wheel following his crash last week.
The Frenchman, 23, was driving home when he veered off the road on Blundel Lane near the Blues' Cobham training base last Thursday.
But he looked comfortable enough in charge of a motor again, though the same could not be said for boss Conte.
The Italian sat in the passenger seat alongside wife Elisabetta - who he married in 2013 - while he hitched a ride in a Nissan Juke.
Our exclusive pictures showed the extent of the damage to Bakayoko's vehicle - with the windscreen shattered and the roof caved in.
His brother Namory recently sparked fears that an incident could happen, claiming he is putting off driving in England.
He said: "Tiemoue told me he wasn't allowing himself to drive because he thinks it’s too crazy driving on the left! But he’ll get round to it."
But the Chelsea star seems fine now as he got behind the wheel of his Mercedes a week to the day after his collision.
