Kyle Walker posts hilarious response to Dele Alli of Mr Bean giving the finger after being flipped-off by former team-mate

KYLE WALKER has posted a hilarious response to Dele Alli following the Tottenham man's controversial gesture during England's 2-1 win over Slovakia.

The early suggestion was the England ace was taking out his frustration at the referee, however the player laughed that off.

Alli claimed he was taking part in an in-joke with former club team-mate Walker... with England boss Gareth Southgate backing up that fact.

The Spurs midfielder star said: "Just to clarify, the gesture tonight was a joke between me and my good friend Kyle Walker!

"Apologies for any offence caused! Great win 2nite (sic)."

Meanwhile, Southgate confirmed that, saying: "Dele and Kyle Walker were messing about and Dele made gesture towards Kyle.

"They have strange way of communicating!”

On Tuesday morning, Walker belatedly hit back, tweeting a GIF of Rowan Atkinson in 1997 movie Bean - where he drives along a road swearing at passers-by, mistaking the middle finger for an American greeting.

Walker tweeted the GIF accompanied by the simple caption: "Morning @dele_official", accompanied by three laughing emojis.

Twitter users then replied with some hilarious comebacks of their own. Here are some of the best...
