Both the Blades and Barnsley are interested in the 24-year-old, but have yet to make any official bids.

Sunderland are also tracking the player, in case a deal for Bournemouth winger Max Gradel fails to go through.

Wagner is tempted to give the talented forward a new contract following his new lease of life at the club.

The striker has been plagued by injuries, featuring in just 19 Championship games last season.

Several attempts at corrective surgery only led to more setbacks.

The former non-league player may be open to a loan move, which would allow him to return to match fitness.

Wagner will be keen to hold onto Lolley as he aims for a strong, and youthful squad.

The German is in pursuit of French winger Marcus Coco, who has an asking price of £10m.

He will be hoping his team can survive the Terriers' first ever season in the Premier League.
