Manchester United appeared to be in the driving seat for his services before Jose Mourinho swooped to land Romelu Lukaku from Everton for £75million.

That led Chelsea to ramp up their interest in the forward as they search for a replacement for Diego Costa.

However, Onda Cero are now claiming that Morata has received a huge offer from the Far East.

The Spanish news outlet say that Tianjin are willing to pay him £26million-a-year for five seasons to join them.

But they will have to move quick to get him.

The Chinese transfer window slams shut on Friday so they will need to act fast to try and persuade Madrid to sell and the ace to make the move.

Morata currently earns just over £5m-per-year at the Bernabeu.

Despite the vast sums on offer in China, he is believed to have no interest in departing for the Far East.

Reports yesterday claimed that Morata had decided to stay and fight for his place at the Bernabeu.
