Chelsea goalkeeper Thibaut Courtois upset with fans support during Leicester draw as Antonio Conte blames ‘tiredness’
The Blues missed out on the chance to go second in the Premier League after a dull display at Stamford Bridge
CHELSEA threw away the chance to go second in the Premier League after being held to a goalless draw with Leicester on Saturday.
After the match, Thibaut Courtois took a dig at the Blues fans for their lack of support at Stamford Bridge.
Courtois said:"It doesn't help when the fans boo and whistle after each misplaced pass.
"We didn't play well but that's when we need the fans behind us."
It was a torrid affair for the home side, with Eden Hazard being substituted for the fourth game in a row and Gary Cahill going off with a hamstring injury.
But Blues boss Antonio Conte had a different reason for his sides lack of determination against the Foxes.
After the match, the 48-year-old said his players were tired after Wednesday's 0-0 draw with Arsenal in the Carabao Cup.
The 48-year-old said: "I saw a lot of players that looked tired.

"In the first half Leicester ran more than us, they played better than us.
"But we knew we were playing against a good opponent, maybe the worst opponent we could have played in this moment.
"We suffered a lot in the first half."
And Chelsea will have to recovery quickly as they prepare for a third round FA Cup replay against Norwich City on Wednesday.
