De Gea hints at Man Utd stay by saying Prem values players more than La Liga
Superstar goalkeeper hands boost to United fans suggesting he may stay in England
DAVID DE GEA admits English clubs value their players more than in his native Spain.
The world-class stopper has been chased by Real Madrid ever since legendary goalkeeper Iker Casillas left the Bernabeu.
Speaking to reporters, he said: "I think that the players who leave Spain are not paid as much attention as those who stay in Spain and people forget about us a little.
"The English culture cares for and loves its players a lot."
De Gea was moments away from joining Madrid in 2015, but the Spanish champions failed to submit paperwork on time.
The Spaniard seems to be settled at Old Trafford and is a key cog in Jose Mourinho's team.

The Galacticos are also interested in promising Athletic Bilbao keeper Kepa Arrizabalaga.
De Gea said: "[Kepa] is still very young, he has a long career ahead of him."
"His head is very settled but he must keep growing. When training with him, you realise his level and that he is a great goalkeeper.
"I'm young too, we are both here and, with Pepe [Reina], we always arrive at the national team with the greatest enthusiasm to help the side."
