ATLETICO MADRID have confirmed Diego Costa has signed in a £67million deal ahead of their clash with Chelsea.
The Spanish international striker could be presented to fans before tomorrow's Champions League clash.
Costa, 28, said: "I am very happy to return to my home, I have always said, Atletico is my home.
"I have a lot of desire to start contributing. I will give everything for the team, as I always try to do".
"The effort that has made Miguel Angel Gil in particular and the whole club to make this happen, I am very grateful to everyone."
Costa will wear the No18 shirt for Atleti and will hope to recreate the form that made him a legend in the Spanish capital.
He bagged 64 goals in 135 games during his first spell at the club to earn a move to Chelsea in 2014.
The two-time Premiere League champ could be presented to fans ahead of tomorrow's Champions league clash in a fitting move.
