FORMER England footballer Phil Neville's lavish three-floor penthouse in Manchester's tallest building has gone up for sale AGAIN - after ex-United star Morgan Schneiderlin moved out.
Old Trafford legend Phil, 40, first put the property - located on the 44th, 45th and 46th floors of The Beetham Tower in the city centre - on the market in 2013 for £4m.
But having initially revised the value to £3.75m, Phil and his wife Julie last week dropped the asking price to £3.5m for the recently-refurbished four-bedroom pad.
The ultra-modern 5,000 sq ft flat was reportedly being rented by Schneiderlin for £15,000 per month before the Frenchman moved to Everton in January.
The lower level features a home cinema room with an internal terrace, one bedroom, a home office and large dressing room with custom designed fitted storage units.
Upstairs, the main entrance to the apartment opens into a luxury curved reception hallway, with polished marble-tiled flooring and an open plan living area, a modern kitchen fully fitted with state-of-the-art appliances and a dining area.

Phil, who co-owns non-league Salford City and works as a television and radio pundit, previously struggled to sell another of the family's properties in Crawshawbooth, Lancashire.
