Fantasy football Week 6: C.J. Anderson, start or sit?

Denver’s feature back should be all over the field in Week 6. We break down the fantasy implications.

NFL: Dallas Cowboys at Denver Broncos Isaiah J. Downing-USA TODAY Sports

Denver Broncos running back C.J. Anderson has been rock solid this season. His strong play should continue in Week 6 as the Broncos take on a depleted New York Giants lineup.

Fantasy impact: Anderson is averaging 4.5 per carry this season, which is a solid number in fantasy football. Facing the Giants this week, he should be able to equal or surpass that mark and hopefully top 100 rushing yards for the second time this year.

The Giants will be missing their top passing options due to injury this week. What that means is the Broncos could be up huge in the second half and focused on running out the clock.

That should mean a nice amount of second-half carries for Anderson, and a lot of fantasy points. Start him if you got him.

Recommendation: Start
