Fantasy football start/sit advice, Week 4: What to do with Deshaun Watson

Coming off a hot Week 3, the Texans rookie quarterback’s fantasy stock is high heading into Sunday’s matchup with the Titans.

Houston Texans quarterback Deshaun Watson had his best game so far in his young career against the New England Patriots. The rookie completed 22 passes for 301 yards and two touchdowns and ran eight times for 41 yards in the Week 3 loss. Watson had some pitfalls in the game, throwing two interceptions.

Watson looks to ride this momentum against the Tennessee Titans Sunday. The Titans, like the Patriots, are a soft defense. They are ranked 28th in passing defense, allowing 825 yards and seven touchdowns through the air so far this season.

Fantasy impact: It is Watson’s show in Houston now. The 12th overall pick finally showed what his arm can do against New England. That was the piece owners were waiting for. He has shown his versatility all season, leading all QBs in rushing yards with 124. Watson cannot be trusted week in and week out yet. He still makes some rookie mistakes that a good defense will exploit. Tennessee is not a good defense. Owners should definitely use Watson this week.

Recommendation: Start
