Rams celebrate TD by recreating Simba’s birth from ‘The Lion King’

Josh Reynolds wanted to be Rafiki, and you can’t blame him. That’s the most iconic part.

The Rams are leading the Saints 17-7 after a Josh Reynolds touchdown reception from Jared Goff. But the celebration is what’s important here, per usual.

Reynolds handed the ball to tight end Gerald Everett, who re-enacted the birth of Simba from The Lion King. Reynolds then held the football (Simba) up like Rafiki did in that legendary scene:

If the Rams can hold onto the lead against the Saints, they’ll have more to celebrate. They’d be 8-3 on the season, and keep their distance from the Seahawks in the NFC West.

Whether they win the game or not, a lot of us didn’t anticipate the Rams having much to celebrate this season. And a lot of us have been wrong.

Keep the Disney celebrations coming, they’re good.
