this kind of statement is funny. Please show me any modern owner that's in the game for the love of the club they own?
Any emotional context regarding JWH&Co and their involvement with LFC is and never has been required, in spite of JWH and Werner standing on the Anfield pitch years ago looking like complete tw*ts waving red and white scarves about
The priority is the football status of this club, the one and only reason LFC is globally recognized is through past glories and achievement.
That status and an ever-growing global fan base means Ebenezer Henry & Co have more than tripled their original investment.
All this with loans to the club and no financial input on the owner's part whatever.
How much could LFC be worth with committment and substantial financial backing in the footballing aspect of the business?
It is becoming as tho' it is company policy, promote the bricks, mortar and financial aspects of the company while cutting back on the footy expenditure.
