This is Arsene Wenger accusing Arjen Robben of diving right to his face

The Champions League round of 16 tie between Arsenal and Bayern Munich got off to an awkward start with each side failing to convert a penalty in the first 45 minutes. Arsenal's Mesut Ozil started things off by having his attempt saved by international teammate Manuel Neuer in the 8th minute. Then in the 40th minute, Arsenal keeper Wojciech Szczesny took down Arjen Robben in the box, preventing a scoring a opportunity.

Szczesny was sent off and penalty taker David Alaba hit the post as Lukasz Fabianski dove the wrong way. So the score remained 0-0, though Arsenal were down to 10 men.

In a quiet moment after Bayern opened the scoring in the 54th minute with a beauty from Toni Kroos, Wenger had a word with Robben in which he accused the Dutch winger of taking a dive (complete with reenactment) to claim the earlier penalty.

Though Robben does have a reputation for going down easy, Szczesny made sufficient contact with him in midair to justify the referee's decision. So Robben laughed off Wenger's accusation and Bayern went on to make the most of their advantage and win 2-0.

It's unclear exactly what Wenger said to Robben as he made the diving gesture, but it was probably something to the effect of, "How about I build you a pool before the second leg so you can dive into that instead? Preferably while it's still empty."

UPDATE: After the match, Wenger boasted of his exchange with Robben to reporters...
