Chelsea are considering a move for Tottenham target Wilfried Zaha in January, according to The Mirror.
The reports claims Spurs are no longer favourites to sign the Crystal Palace winger, who has been in superb form of late.
The Chelsea board will apparently back Antonio Conte with funds in January in a bid to keep him happy, although The Mirror suggests a deal for Zaha might have to wait until next summer.
Tottenham and Chelsea are also believed to be locked in a battle sign Everton’s Ross Barkley. The midfielder is out of contract at the end of the season.
I can’t see Spurs moving for Zaha in January – he’ll be too expensive – but Barkley remains a possibility.
This seems like such a good idea, will have to take a look at it!
