For as long as I can remember, Tottenham have struggled to score from set pieces.

Nathan A Clark, formerly @TTTactics on Twitter, has put together some video analysis in an attempt to explain why the current Spurs side fails to take advantage of corners.

As the video explains, Tottenham were awarded 10 corners in the recent 1-0 victory over Crystal Palace at Wembley, but they produced just one shot from those 10 deliveries and it was off target.

Clark suggests Spurs don’t put enough planning into set piece situations to utilise Christian Eriksen’s ability to accurately deliver the ball.

You can watch the full analysis below – it’s well worth your time.

  1. There’s nothing better than a centre half coming up for the set piece and powering a header in, I’m being serious now I think we should go in for Lewis Dunk at Brighton he’s a proper defender, he reminds me if John Terry, go get him he will an England centre half real soon.
