Tottenham beat Borussia Dortmund 3-1 in the UEFA Youth League just hours before the senior sides clashed in the Champions League in Germany on Tuesday.
The visitors took the lead inside eight minutes when Marcus Edwards set up Sam Shashoua to open the scoring.
Ten minutes later it was 2-0. Jaden Brown showed some neat footwork before finishing well from close range.
Before half-time Dortmund struck back to make it 2-1, and captain Edwards missed a penalty not long after that.
But Spurs were soon 3-1 up through Kazaiah Sterling after more good work from Shashoua.
