Ian Wright sends warning to Man United about winger
Wilfried Zaha will get on the score sheet when Palace make the trip to Man United this weekend, according to Ian Wright
Ian Wright believes Crystal Palace star Wilfried Zaha will have an impact against Manchester United in the Premier League on Sunday.
The Ivory Coast international will return to Old Trafford for the final weekend of the Premier League campaign.
Zaha failed to establish himself in the Manchester United team after Sir Alex Ferguson signed the winger from Palace in a £10m deal in 2013.
Louis van Gaal sold Zaha back to the Eagles in the 2015 summer transfer window following an underwhelming impact at Old Trafford.
The 24-year-old has produced some of his best performances in the Premier League under Alan Pardew and his successor Sam Allardyce this term.
Indeed, Zaha has scored seven goals and has made nine assists in the top-flight campaign.
Speaking to the Sun Goals podcast about Manchester United’s home clash against Palace at Old Trafford on Sunday, Wright backed Zaha to get on the score sheet.
“Wilfried Zaha will want to do something. Wilf to get a couple,” Wright said.
