Samir Nasri's troubled Manchester City career is finally over after he sealed a £3.2m move to Turkish club Antalyaspor.

Nasri lifted two Premier League titles and a League Cup during his six-year spell at the Etihad but he has fallen badly out of favour since the appointment of Pep Guardiola.

City remain in talks with Swansea over the sale of Wilfried Bony while Stoke maintain an interest in England international Fabian Delph, with a possible move now likely to be a loan.

Swansea are set to confirm the £15m signing of Hull City midfielder Sam Clucas on Tuesday.

Clucas, 26, becomes the latest departure from the Championship club and was also the subject of strong interest from Burnley.

Swansea are also targeting West Brom's Nacer Chadli but the Midlands club are holding out for a minimum £25m for their record signing.

Hull, meanwhile, are poised to sign Swansea defender Stephen Kingsley and Arsenal's Jon Toral, while they also want Leicester's Ahmed Musa on loan.

Burnley have smashed their club record to sign Leeds forward Chris Wood in a £15m deal.

Wood, the New Zealand international, completed a medical on Monday and leaves Elland Road after two years.

Steve Bruce has launched an ambitious bid to sign West Ham outcast Robert Snodgrass.

Aston Villa are in talks over a potential loan deal for the Scotland international, who played under Bruce at Hull City.

Snodgrass has been made available by Slaven Bilic but earns around £70,000 a week so Villa would have to agree a compromise on his wages.

Nottingham Forest are signing Leeds midfielder Liam Bridcutt for £1m.
