Aaron Mooy - HUDDERSFIELD 1-0 Newcastle

Victory in their first Premier League home game was always going to be memorable but Mooy made it even more special, sealing the points in style with a superb curling effort into the top corner after a neat one-two.

Marcos Alonso - Tottenham 1-2 CHELSEA

Alonso scored twice as Spurs' Wembley woes extended to the Premier League and his first-half free-kick was a stunner that gave Hugo Lloris no chance.

Sadio Mane - Watford 3-3 LIVERPOOL

Liverpool had to settle for a point as Watford struck late but Mane's finish to a sweeping move was a highlight. The Senegal international took an Emre Can pass in his striding before curling into the corner - a goal that Jamie Redknapp said had echoes of Arsenal legend Thierry Henry.

Stephen Ward - Chelsea 2-3 BURNLEY

Burnley shocked the champions on the opening weekend and Ward scored a screamer, continuing his run down the left, taking the ball down on his chest and thumping home.

Charlie Daniels - BOURNEMOUTH 1-2 Man City

Raheem Sterling snatched a dramatic draw for Pep Guardiola's side but Bournemouth's opening goal was one to savour, Daniels watching the ball drop and lashing an arrowed drive into the top far corner.
