Jose Mourinho appeared to take aim at Jurgen Klopp and double standards from referees after Manchester United's goalless home draw with Hull on Wednesday.
Mourinho was left frustrated after Hull dug in for a point at Old Trafford.
The United manager appeared to be particularly angered by Oumar Niasse twice escaping a red card, having been booked early in the game.
And, 24 hours after Klopp was involved in a confrontation with the fourth official which he said he apologised for, Mourinho complained that he was "told to sit down" while his Liverpool counterpart was given an easier time.
"I don't want to speak much because I pay lots of fines," said Mourinho, who has been sent off twice this season, for kicking a water bottle and for protesting a penalty decision.
"I pay more than others, much more than others. For example yesterday one manager was told by the fourth official 'I love your emotion and because I love your emotion, no problem'.
They don't like my emotion, but I think what is happening this season is not for me to speak about.
"I was told today 'sit down or you have to go to the stands' and on the pitch a bit more of the same.
"They don't like my emotion, but I think what is happening this season is not for me to speak about."
Mourinho later answered just three questions in his post-match press conference before standing up and leaving.
"You do your job and you do a public service, I think. Tell the truth. It's as simple as that," he said to reporters.
"If telling the truth is saying that Manchester United in the first half didn't play well then so be it, we should play better in the first half than we did.
"Don't ask me questions that I cannot answer. You know clearly that I am different. The rules for me are different.
"I am different in everything, I watch my team play in a hotel, I was forbidden to go to the stadium, my assistant had a six-match stadium ban and he didn't touch anyone."
The draw was United's sixth in the league at home this season and means they fail to make up ground on the top four sides, who all failed to win on Tuesday.
United had chances but could not find a way past Hull goalkeeper Eldin Jakupovic, who produced a brilliant display to help the visitors leave with a point.
"We didn't score, we didn't win," said Mourinho. "A lot of things that happened today on the pitch, I have a feeling of déjà vu and déjà vu a lot of times during the season.
"I don't want to speak much. I just want to say I'm not critical of Hull City because a team that is in their position, every point is gold.
"They tried to see what they could do and what they were allowed to do. They got the feeling and when they got the feeling they took to the limit what they were doing on the pitch.
"It's not their fault. They are fighting for life, they are fighting to stay in the Premier League and I'm not critical of them."
