Southampton are smashing their transfer record by signing Juventus ace Mario Lemina in an £18million deal.
Lemina, 23, will undergo a medical on Monday after the two clubs agreed a fee.
Gabon international Lemina will snub interest from Stoke by moving to St Mary’s .
Since joining Juve from Marseille in 2015, Lemina led the club to two league titles and two Italian Cup triumphs.
Lemina was already in England for the Serie A giants’ 2-0 friendly defeat to Tottenham when Saints made their move.
The fee, which could rise to £20m with add-one, eclipses the £17m Saints paid Lille for Sofiane Boufal last summer.
Lemina will be new Saints boss Mauricio Pellegrino’s second signing after Poland defender Jan Bednarek.
Argentine Pellegrino said: “Hopefully the players that come in will make us stronger.”
