Lyon president Jean-Michel Aulas says Arsenal are free to sign Alexandre Lacazette - but he wants Olivier Giroud in part-exchange.

According to Le10 Sport , the OL president wants to take Giroud back to France, aware that the striker is set to see his game time reduce at the Emirates next season.

Lacazette had been due to join Atletico Madrid, but that deal has all but fallen through due to their transfer ban.

Now with the Gunners eyeing a move for the France striker, Aulas will look to take Giroud back to France - but faces a battle to persuade him to return to Ligue 1.
