AC Milan have refused to offer Gianluigi Donnarumma more than £167,000-a-week after his contract U-turn.
Wonderkid keeper Donnarumma was offered the five-year deal at the beginning of the summer, before he old the Serie A giants he wanted to leave the San Siro, according to Sky Sports Italia.
But after a re-think at the under-21 Euros, the Italian had a change of heart and decided his desire was to remain at Milan and reopen contract talks.
Milan are now not willing to increase their original deal offer - with his current agreement running out next summer.
Manchester United, Paris Saint Germain and Real Madrid are all still monitoring the situation to see if they can prise the top target.
