Manchester United's players have flown to Swansea ahead of their Carabao Cup clash.

The Red Devils are in action at the Liberty Stadium on Tuesday night as they look to retain the trophy.

Jose Mourinho is expected to make changes for the clash and has been boosted by the positive news on Phil Jones.

The defender limped off at Huddersfield on Saturday but flew to south Wales with his teammates, as did Luke Shaw.

His only appearance came as a substitute in the previous round win over Burton Albion and will hope to feature against Swansea.

Meanwhile, Victor Lindelof will be hoping his display against Huddersfield does not cost him a starting place.

Lindelof did not impress after coming on for the injured Jones during Saturday's defeat and Jose Mourinho could choose to look at Axel Tuanzebe.

Other changes are likely for the last-16 match, with Scott McTominay, Matteo Darmian, Sergio Romero and Daley Blind all under consideration.

Boss Jose Mourinho has challenged his troops to bounce back from the setback when they travel to South Wales.

He said: "If you have criticism for not losing, I can imagine, because we are going to lose - that's obvious that we are going to lose matches - that we are going to have even more criticism than we have now. But, honestly, it's no problem."
