David De Gea was in fine form once again as his clean sheet helped Manchester United to a slender victory over Bournemouth.
Jose Mourinho's men came up against a determined Bournemouth side, and De Gea had to be on his toes to keep out a few early efforts on goal.
Romelu Lukaku's goal midway through the first half proved to be enough to earn all three points for United though, after he rose above Nathan Ake to head Juan Mata's cross past Asmir Begovic in the Cherries goal.
Marcus Rashford was unlucky not to make it two when his set piece effort rattled off the post shortly after coming on as a substitute.
Late on De Gea showed his brilliance with a great save from Jermain Defoe at the near post to keep United's noses in front and secure the win.
