Liverpool manager Jurgen Klopp is confident both Sadio Mane and Adam Lallana are close to returning from injury.
The Reds have suffered a dip in form in recent weeks, slipping to sixth in the Premier League table, and the duo have been missed in Merseyside.
Mane picked up a hamstring injury while on international duty with Senegal in early October, and was ruled out for around six weeks.
While Lallana is battling for fitness after suffering a thigh injury in pre-season.
Speaking to the press ahead of Liverpool's Champions League clash with Maribor, Klopp said: "It looks good. Sadio had this morning a clearing session before he returns to training.
"Now he's not in the squad so tomorrow is a down day, then on Thursday he should be in training.
"Adam will be part of team training in the international break. Both of them are in a good way, but not good enough to involve them tomorrow or at West Ham."
James Milner added that Lallana being absent has been a big blow for the Reds this season.
"Adam's been a big miss for us," said Milner. "He sets the tempo, working both ways. Him and Phil (Coutinho) have injuries has been disruptive."
Liverpool battered Maribor 7-0 last time out, and will be expecting to do the same thing at Anfield when the two sides meet again on Wednesday.
