Jose Mourinho was a lot more forward during an interview in France than his Manchester United team were at Anfield on Saturday.

A day after grinding out a goalless draw with Liverpool, Mourinho revealed in an interview with French TV station TF1 that he doesn't plan to finish his career in Manchester, just months after suggesting he could be at United for the next 15 years .

The Portugese signed a three-year deal when he joined the Old Trafford club in the summer of 2016, meaning that as it stands next season would be his last at the club.

However, there were reports last week of a new five-year, £65million deal being on the table .

But his comments in the video above seem to have thrown those claims into doubt.

So if he did move, where could he go?

Well here are five options.

Paris Saint-Germain

He's done England, he's done Spain and he's done Italy, so perhaps winning the league in France could be the next port of call for Mourinho, and there would be no better club to achieve that with than PSG.

The Parisians look set to walk away with the Ligue 1 title this season after investing huge amounts in the playing staff, and with an upgrade on Unai Emery likely to be sought eventually then Jose could be the man.

Bayern Munich

He's never done Germany either, and even though he wasn't shy of criticising Pep Guardiola's career choice when he opted to move to the slightly less presurised atmosphere of the Bundesliga, he'd surely find it hard to turn down a club of Bayern's stature should they come calling.

Now featuring the veteran Jupp Heynckes in the dugout following the sacking of Carlo Ancelotti, Bayern will be on the lookout for a new manager in the summer.

The Chinese Super League

Mourinho is only 54 and so could still go on managing for a long time yet, but should he end up leaving United after a few more years then he might consider the payday on offer in China.

Household names such as Luiz Felipe Scolari, Fabio Capello, Andre Villas-Boas, Manuel Pellegrini and Fabio Cannavaro can currently be found out there, so he'd be in good company.

Portugal

Will Jose want to coach his own nation? (

The European champions secured qualification for the 2018 World Cup last week under famously dour coach Fernando Santos, but there might come a point when their favourite coaching son wants to lead his nation.

Mourinho has admitted that he'd like to coach his country before retirement, and that could come sooner rather than later if he was to walk out on United.

England

Could it happen?

Even though he's had spells away in other countries, Mourinho has become a leading figure in the Premier League over the last decade and beyond, and there are few men who know more about the English game and English players.

Would the FA dare to offer him the job though?
