England will see first hand what the fuss surrounding Kylian Mbappe is all about when they face France tonight.

The teenager is set to start against Gareth Southgate's side at the Stade de France following an impressive season with Monaco.

Mbappe, 18, scored 24 goals for his club as they won Ligue 1 and reached the Champions League semi-finals.

He made his senior debut for his country three months ago and made his first start in a friendly against Spain.

He came off the bench in France's 2-1 World Cup qualifying defeat in Sweden last Friday.

Arsenal , Manchester United , Liverpool and Real Madrid are all keen to sign Mbappe.

Should he move this summer, he is likely to command a world-record fee in excess of £100million.

But the Gunners were dealt a blow when the forward reiterated his desire to play in the Champions League.

"The Champions League is a dream, a competition that everyone wants to win and that only a minority can win — the most important are the titles.

"That would be much more of an obsession for me than the Ballon d'Or, for example.

"I want to touch the stars and, when you dream, you do not dream of playing the middle of the table or maintaining it.

"The 2018 World Cup is the number one goal at international level. As I always say, dreams are good but it's up to me to work for them."
